Our Web site provides you with various standard floor plan ideas. They can all be mixed and matched, or better still, you are welcome to draw a little sketch and we will draw it on our CAD system for you. Once we know size, style of home, etc., we will be able to prepare a ballpark estimate for you.

Pricing is difficult to do via mail without more details.  Here is a basic outline of starting prices for various house styles:

• Our basic CAPE packages start at about $140,000. Finishing the second floor runs between $20,000 to $24,000, based on amenities. A garage runs between $17,000.00 and $20,000.00, again, based on design features.
• Basic RANCH packages start at about $130,000
• Basic COLONIALS start at about $190,000

Please understand that all the above are base turnkey packages – that means everything, but land.
