The modular home industry has evolved to meet the demand of today’s more affluent homebuyers. The Modular Advantage, too, has evolved.

Just a few years ago, specialty flooring, fireplaces, and upgraded cabinetry were rarely requested.

Today, we build full brick fireplaces, an array of gas units and, recently, a huge stone gable end fireplace. Flooring runs the gamut – traditional hardwoods, laminated flooring, tile and rustic traditional pine flooring (square nails and all).
Just recently, we designed and built sunrooms, a magnificent kitchen with over $20,000.00 of appliances, and entire rooms full of built-in cabinets and entertainment centers.
