We would like to invite you to visit our model home center at Cook's Corner in Brunswick. Our staff will show you around and present you with an information packet containing plans for Capes, Colonials, Ranches and Vacation Homes.

• Take Exit 28 (formerly 22) off I-295 and head north on Route 1 through Brunswick.
• Stay on Route 1 north and head towards Bath. As you travel out of Brunswick, the river will be on your left.
  Take the "Cook's Corner" (Route 24) exit off Route 1.
• As you come up onto Cook’s Corner from Route 1, you will see our models on the left (a Raised Ranch and a Colonial).
• Get in the left lane, cross the tracks and take a left at the light.
• Go two lights – the second light is at Sweet Dreams/Lowe's. Take a left onto the Old Bath Road.
• Cross the tracks and take a left onto Farley Road. When you have done that, you will see Martin’s Point Health Care Center on your right.
• Follow Farley Road back to Cook's Corner and you will end up in our driveway… Welcome!

Our business hours are as follows:

• Monday through Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Sunday: CLOSED
